The London Knights are still undefeated in this year’s OHL playoffs, earning a 6-3 win over the Erie Otters in game one of their second round series at Canada Life Place Thursday night.
Erie opened the scoring late in the first period, but the Knights responded quickly. Then it was an offensive explosion in the second period, with three more goals from London, and a pair scored by the Otters.
Knights Captain Denver Barkey completed a hat-trick with an empty net goal late in the third period, sealing the win. Forward Easton Cowan contributed four assists.
The Knights will host Erie for game two of this best-of-seven series Saturday night.
