The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has cleared the London Police Service of wrongdoing in the death of a 74-year-old man.
On Dec. 19, 2024, the man passed away as a result of injuries from a fall at an apartment building near Southdale Road West and Pomeroy Lane.
The SIU was alerted of the incident, as police were in the process of arresting the man.
