Two men from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are facing charges in connection with a human trafficking investigation. One man has been arrested, while the other is still at large. In December 2021, police said a woman made an arrangement with a man, which involved exchanging sexual services for money. In early 2024, an investigation was launched into the situation by the Toronto police. On Feb. 6 of this year, the London police went to a home in the city’s east end and arrested one of two suspects. 39-year-old Ian Junior Chambers from York was arrested and charged with: The second suspect, 36-year-old Kelly Osifo of Mississauga, has a warrant out for his arrest on charges of: Investigators believe there may be more victims out there, which is why they have released suspect photos to the public.
