Pedestrian struck by train in London

One person was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a train in London.

According to police, the incident happened in east London at Gore Road and Marconi Gate around 8:50 a.m.

Gore Road was shut down in both directions while police investigated. The road has since reopened.
