Oxford OPP are once again asking for the public’s help in helping find information related to a crash involving a cyclist.
The incident happened April 17 in Innerkip and according to police, it’s now believed the accused fled the scene southbound on Blandford Street but turned off onto one of the side streets.
Because of this new information, police the area of interest for video footage has now expanded and investigators are focusing on the timeframe between 10:40 p.m. and 10:48 p.m.
Residents on Blandford Street in Innerkip are being asked to review any security camera footage they may have of the roadway at that time.
As CTV News previously reported, a cyclist was struck by a vehicle, that fled the scene before police arrived.
Police said the cyclist suffered serious, life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
Pieces of a tinted bug deflector were found at the scene, and police believe the vehicle may have front-end damage.
