Two people were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a crash on Highway 402.
According to Middlesex OPP, the single-vehicle crash involved a transport truck, towing two other transport tractors.
Westbound lanes were closed at Glendon Drive as heavy tow crews worked to clear the scene.
