Two-vehicle collision sends one person to hospital

A two-vehicle collision occurred Thursday evening around 8:00 p.m. at the intersection of Wellington Road and Commissioners Road East.

There were no serious injuries, but one person was sent to hospital.

Police blocked westbound and northbound traffic until the vehicles could be towed away around 9:00 p.m.

Police stated that charges were pending, and the investigation is ongoing.
