Chris Harper pulled a lot of vehicles out of ditches and snowbanks this week, but one stood out.
On Wednesday, Harper, who manages Rowe Motors Towing and Recovery in Kincardine, was called to Concession 23 near Tiverton to help remove stranded vehicles.
When he arrived, the only thing showing of the vehicle was a wheel poking through the snow.
He kept digging, and once he found something to attach his tow cable to, he pulled out a full-size Ford Bronco that was completely enveloped by a snowbank, over six feet tall.
While most roads across Midwestern Ontario re-opened Friday, there are still some sections of Highway 21 along the Lake Huron shoreline that remain closed due to the incredibly high and thickly packed snowbanks that have taken over the roadway in some instances.
