Montreal police (SPVM) is investigating after gunshots were fired in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood Monday night.
The force received a 911 call at 11:15 p.m. about the incident on Coolbrook Avenue near Cochrane Place.
“They found some gun shells on the ground,” said Raphaël Bergeron, a spokesperson with Montreal police. “There were no impacts on vehicles or buildings.”
There were no reported victims, and no suspects have been arrested.
Investigators remain on site to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
