Three people have been arrested after an attempted murder of a teenage boy in Montreal North last month, police said Wednesday.
On Jan. 10, a 15-year-old boy was stabbed, pepper-sprayed and beaten after being robbed in a park near the intersection of Tardif and Monty avenues. He was sent to hospital with serious injuries and police said at the time that his life was not in danger.
According to a news release on Wednesday, two 19-year-old men and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on Feb. 5.
The two adults appeared in court the following day and were charged with attempted murder, robbery, and carrying a weapon for a dangerous purpose. The minor appeared in youth court on Feb. 6 to face the same charges.
All of them remain in custody pending their next appearance in court.
