Agencies who work with Greater Sudbury’s vulnerable population say they have run out of blankets to give out and are in need of support from the community.
Officials with the Homeless Network told CTV News that the number of homeless individuals in the city continues to grow and they need blankets to help stay warm as colder weather is setting in.
The city confirmed Friday there is currently a list of about 250 homeless people looking for housing in the area.
