Police in North Bay seized several weapons – including a stun gun – along with drugs worth more than $23,000 in a raid of an apartment building on Lakeshore Drive earlier this week.

Four North Bay residents are facing dozens of charges as a result.

An investigation led to police obtaining a search warrant for the building, which they executed Feb. 12. Two suspects were found outside of the building, and the other two were inside an apartment.

Searches by police uncovered an airsoft rifle, a BB gun, a recurve bow and a taser. Drugs seized are believed to be 18 grams of fentanyl, 157 grams of crystal meth, 16 grams of cocaine, 66 8-mg hydromorphone pills and 170 naloxone pills.

Police also found $600 in cash.

The suspects, two women ages 29 and 37, and two men both aged 37, are charged with numerous offences related to drug trafficking and weapons offences. Two suspects are also charged with violating release orders.

All four are being held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
