A funeral service for the Sudbury police officer killed in last week's crash on Highway 69 south of French River was held at All Nation's Church Wednesday, July 10.

His name was previously withheld at the request of the family, but Ontario Provincial Police released the identity on Tuesday.

37-year-old Christopher Labreche of Sudbury lost his life Thursday, July 4 when his pickup truck collided with a fuel tanker truck.
