Ontario Provincial Police say two men from Bruce Mines have been charged in connection with the death of a 23-year-old man at a Bruce Mines restaurant.

In a news release June 4, police said they responded to a disturbance March 29, where they found a victim with serious injuries.

“Caleb Foster of Desbarats was pronounced deceased in hospital five days later,” the release said.

East Algoma OPP say a 21-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter and assault, while a 55-year-old man was charged with assault.

Both men are to appear in Elliot Lake court July 2.
