Another flying object has been shot down by the U.S. military near Canadian airspace on Sunday.
The unknown object was over Lake Huron, south of Manitoulin Island, near the U.S.-Canada border, when it was decommissioned before 3:30 p.m., U.S. Representative Jack Bergman said in a Facebook post.
U.S. Representative Elissa Slotkin, who represents a district in Michigan, near the international border, confirmed the object had been ‘downed’ just before 4 p.m.
“The object has been downed by pilots from the US Air Force and National Guard,” Slotkin said in a tweet.

According to the Canadian NOTAM map, which informs pilots of important updates and potential hazards to flights, the resticted airspace designation over Lake Huron (shown below) was listed before 10 p.m.

According to reports, the object was downed on the U.S. side of the border over the water.
