Paramedic students at CTS Canadian Career College in northern Ontario are being impacted by the province-wide pause on OSAP student aid, with the school saying 41 students have already dropped out due to a lack of student assistance. The college is one of the only schools eligible for the Ford government's Learn and Stay Grant, which covers tuition for students who agree to work in underserved areas.
