Periods of rain for Ottawa on Easter Monday

Environment Canada is predicting a rainy Easter Monday in the nation’s capital.

The forecast for Ottawa begins with a mix of sun and cloud in the morning, followed by increasing cloudiness in the afternoon with periods of rain. The forecast high is 9 C.

There is a risk of a thunderstorm in the evening. Showers should end after midnight, with a lingering chance of showers in the early morning hours of Tuesday. The temperature is expected to rise to 13 by morning.

Tuesday’s forecast is cloudy with a chance of showers. The temperature should fall to 11 C by the afternoon after an unusual morning high.

Wednesday’s forecast is mainly sunny with a high of 12 C.

Thursday is also looking partly sunny with a high of 16 C.
