Ontario Provincial Police are searching for three suspects after a quantity of fragrances was stolen from a Pembroke, Ont. drug store.
Police responded to a call for a break and enter and a theft at a drug store on Pembroke Street East just after 1 a.m. Thursday.
Police say three people entered the store and stole a quantity of fragrances.
“In addition to (Upper Ottawa Valley) OPP patrol officers responding, the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Canine Unit (K9) also attended to assist,” the OPP said in a media release. “The individuals responsible were not located and further investigation found they left the area in a silver/grey four-door sedan.”
A security camera photo released by police showed three people taking items from a display case in the store and a vehicle driving away from the scene.

Police in Ottawa and eastern Ontario have been investigating several robberies targeting drugstores, with thieves making off with thousands of dollars worth of fragrances.
Brockville police say the same Shoppers Drug Mart on Parkedale Avenue was hit twice this month. Stores in Arnprior and Carleton Place have also been robbed in recent weeks.
The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a robbery at a Shoppers Drug Mart in Barrhaven on March 17. Video circulating on social media showed several people loading what appeared to be perfumes and colognes into plastic bins and duffel bags and then fleeing the store.
