All's fair in love and sports: Celebrities who dated athletes
While superstar Taylor Swift and NFLer Travis Kelce's romance is the talk of the town, some think that Swift is a distraction for Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs, while others think she's his good luck charm.

Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton and NFL linebacker Brian Urlacher hooked up in 2003 at the height of his career, but he ended up having the worst season of his career once him and Hilton started spending time together.
They parted ways, shortly after and Urlacher would not find his stride again until the 2005 season.

Chris Webber was an all-star power forward with the Sacramento Kings when he began dating supermodel Tyra Banks. It was a match made in heaven, but once Webber started to mess up on the court, things quickly went downhill for his career and a potential MVP season was cut short by a knee injury.
Banks and Webber called it quits shortly after that, after three-years of dating, but Webber’s career never really rebounded after their split.

When singer Jessica Simpson started dating Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, it began what was known as the "Jessica Jinx".
Simpson was blamed for everything bad that happened to Romo, including his broken pinkie finger to his playoff loss to the New York Giants in Dallas.

Before Patriots quarterback Tom Brady started dating supermodel Gisele Bundchen in 2007, he had already won three Super Bowls.
So it was only natural when Gisele was blamed for Brady’s Super Bowl losses.

When Hollywood star Cameron Diaz and New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez started to date in the summer of 2010, things started off great, but when the couple split in September 2011, A-Rod hit a slump.
He struggled throughout the post-season, and some blamed Diaz for breaking A-Rod’s heart, causing his lack of focus on the field.

A rising NBA star with a promising career, Lamar Odom married Khloe Kardashian in September 2009 and things were good for a while, but then everything started to fall apart.
Odom was traded by the Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks and from there his life and career took a nosedive. The couple divorced in 2016.

The reality star has had her fair share of romances with athletes, including a 72-day marriage to retired NBA player Kris Humphries.
So when she hooked up with former Dallas wide receiver Miles Austin in June 2010, it was nothing new, but many fans thought Kardashian’s sole purpose in dating Austin was to seek revenge on her former NFLer boyfriend Reggie Bush, and before the couple split, Austin’s career went on a steady decline.

When superstar Rihanna first started dating Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp it was the talk of the town, but when the popstar started getting more hits (pun intended) than Kemp, things started to go downhill for the baseball star.
His stats drastically took a nosedive while he dated Ri-Ri between December 2009 and November 2010. After their break up, Kemp turned things around and made his way back to the top of the MLB's rankings.
