Kelly Block, Conservative Party of Canada
Conservative Party candidate Kelly Block is the current federal Member of Parliament for the Carlton Trail-Eagle Creek riding.
She was first elected to the House of Commons in 2008 and was re-elected in 2011, 2015, 2019, and 2021. Block served on several standing committees and special committees over the past 14 years.
Prior to being elected as an MP, Block served on the town council of Waldheim, serving two terms as mayor. She has four children and 11 grandchildren.
Cheryl Loadman, New Democratic Party
NDP candidate Cheryl Loadman is an entrepreneur and educator, current serving as a faculty member at the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.
Loadman has started two businesses and has served on over 50 boards for businesses, credit unions, and nonprofits.
She previously worked as the executive director of Saskatoon Services for Seniors and has over 20 years of experience with the provincial government.
Katelyn Zimmer, Liberal Party of Canada
As a veterinarian, Liberal Party candidate Katelyn Zimmer loves getting to know people and forming relationships with clients.
She moved to Saskatoon in 2005 to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in physiology but ended up staying in the province.
Zimmer has been involved with the Saskatchewan Veterinary Medical Association and has served as a representative on several committees. She lives with her husband and two children and have a variety of animals on their acreage.
