Messages of condolences and tributes have been pouring in since the death of renowned Regina sculptor Victor Cicansky.
Cicansky, who died on Monday morning at the age of 90, took inspiration from growth and gardening in his works.
While known for creating ceramic sculptures and murals of gardens, he was also involved in creating a gazebo that stands today in the Grow Regina Community Garden.
Cicansky, who was born in Regina in 1935, spent his early years gardening with his Romanian parents, which inspired his work.
Since his death, museums, art galleries, friends, and family across the province have shared their messages of tribute.
