Following an investigation, a third person has been arrested and charged in relation to a homicide in Regina on April 10.
Around 12:0 p.m., officers were called to a residence in the 400 block of East College Avenue for the report of an injured man. EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene after unsuccessful lifesaving measures.
The death was determined to be a homicide. Jason Dubois, 36, was arrested and charged with first degree murder for the death of 42-year-old Christopher Seaton.
A second suspect was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder on April 17.
On April 23, the Regina Police Service said a third suspect, 42-year-old Larry Windigo was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
He will make his court appearance at Regina Provincial Court on Thursday morning
