The Canadian Football League (CFL) has released its schedule for the 2025 season – which will see the Saskatchewan Roughriders opening the regular season at home on Thursday, June 5 against the Ottawa Redblacks.
The 2025 home opener will be the Riders’ only Thursday game at Mosaic Stadium.
Only one Sunday game is included in the Green and White’s home schedule as well, that will be the annual Labour Day Classic.
Home games are rounded out with three Friday games and four Saturday games.
“Much like last season, the Roughriders will play every team in the West and East division at least twice, once home and once away. The Club will play two divisional rivals, the B.C. Lions and Winnipeg Blue Bombers, three times (or five times against Winnipeg if you count the pre-season) The Club is also thrilled to be celebrating the 60th Labour Day Classic on Aug. 31,” the team said in a news release.

“Saskatchewan gets three bye weeks throughout the season that will come on Week 5, Week 10 and Week 16 of the season.”
The team will also play two pre-season games, May 24th in Winnipeg and May 30th at home – also against Winnipeg.
In January, the Riders said adult season seat memberships are starting as low as $31 per game.
More ticketing information can be found on the Riders’ website.
