Corey Bellamy

Corey Bellamy is the Director of Digital Growth, a position he moved into in June, 2023. Based in Toronto, Corey's journey in the news industry began in 2003 first as an intern, then a writer, in the CTV News national newsroom, where he spent the next 12 years. Eventually, he transitioned to the world of video before accepting a role with the product department, where he led multiple teams for eight years. Throughout that 20-year career in digital he has supported the news division in every role he has been in. Corey has had the privilege of being part of notable milestones, including the founding and launch of CTVNews.ca, spending almost two years in local newsrooms with multi-platform journalists, and leading a strategic program that helped CTV News to be #1 in digital news for the first time. Corey has won multiple journalism awards, including several from RTDNA Canada. Corey speaks English.
