Unionized workers at Caesars Windsor have voted in favour of strike action.
Over the weekend votes were cast, resulting in 98 per cent of voters authorizing strike action if necessary, backing contract demands.
Around 1,500 workers are covered under the current deal, which expires on April 3.
Proposals were exchanged by the sides last week, officially beginning contract negotiations.
