Essex County OPP have charged a man in connection to a break-and-enter at an abandoned building in Leamington.
On Saturday just after noon, police were called to the building at 125 Talbot Street West for a break-and-enter in progress.
When police arrived, they found a suspect inside the building, who was arrested.
A 40-year-old man is now charged with break-and-enter a place with intent to commit an indictable offence.
