Crash reported on E.C. Row near Jefferson

Windsor police are letting the public know about a collision in the westbound lanes of E.C. Row Expressway near Jefferson.

Police say traffic is backed up to Lauzon Parkway Wednesday afternoon.

Emergency services are working to clear the collision.
