Eastbound E.C. Row Expressway lane restrictions and ramp closures this week

The City of Windsor is giving drivers a heads up on more lane restrictions and ramp closures planned for E.C. Row Expressway this week.

Eastbound E.C. Row will have overnight lane restrictions from Jefferson Boulevard to Lauzon Parkway and the eastbound off-ramp to northbound Lauzon Parkway will be closed.

The construction is ongoing until Wednesday, July 1, 2026, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. (weather permitting).

The eastbound off-ramp to northbound Lauzon Parkway is also closed.
