A 23-year-old woman has been arrested following a multi-vehicle collision in Walkerville.
Just after 5 a.m. on Thursday, the Windsor Police Service was called to the incident in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers said a black Dodge Charger hit four empty, parked vehicles that were along the street.
The woman driving then reportedly got out of the Charger, took the license plates off of her vehicle, and ran from the scene.
Not long after, police found and arrested the woman at a home in the 1000 block of Lincoln Road. She was taken to hospital for treatment of her injuries sustained in the collision.
The woman is now facing a charge for failure to remain at the scene of a collision.
