Life-threatening injuries in Windsor crash involving pedestrian

A pedestrian is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash on Tuesday night.

Around 9:30 p.m., emergency services were called to the intersection of Huron Church Road and Tecumseh Road West.

According to police, a vehicle travelling southbound on Huron Church Road collided with a pedestrian who was in the middle of the street.

The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and a 30-year-old man was taken to hospital.

The area was closed for several hours while the reconstruction team processed the scene, it has since reopened.
