Windsor-Essex saw the number of home sales fall in March, compared to the same month last year.
The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors said the sales fell by 22.27 per cent. A total of 342 homes were sold, compared to 440 in March last year.
The average price increased to 2.94 per cent, amounting to more than $583,000.
Market activity also saw a jump, increasing to 21 per cent. More than 1,000 new listings were put up. In 2024, 843 were listed in March.
