Windsor Food Spotters is launching its first ever Wing Wars competition.

The city-wide challenge will pit local restaurants against one another to see who truly has the best wings.

Organizers say the interactive food event invites locals to explore Windsor’s wing scene, support small businesses, and vote for their favourites, all while enjoying unbeatable BOGO deals.

How It Works:

  1. Purchase Your Wing Wars Passport  Grab your official Wing Wars passport for just $20 at https://foodspotters.ca/ .  Each passport is your ticket to exclusive 2-for-1 wing offers at 14 of the participating restaurants across Windsor.
  2. Enjoy Exclusive Wing Deals  Flash your passport at participating spots, buy one pound of wings and get one free.
  3. Scan and Collect  Each restaurant has a unique QR code – scan it to confirm your visit and collect stamps as you chow down.
  4. Vote and Win After you’ve visited all locations and scanned all the qr codes, you will get to vote for your favourite spot. One restaurant will be crowned Windsor’s Wing Champion — and you’ll be entered in a giveaway to win a $50 gift card from each restaurant!

Participants have until July 29 to punch the restaurants off of their passports.

The competition runs throughout April, giving food lovers time to wing their way across the city. A portion of the proceeds will support Windsor Lifeline Outreach, a local volunteer-based organization providing food and essentials to those in need.
