The Windsor Police Service is looking to find an armed robbery suspect after an incident in west Windsor.
According to the WPS, the incident happened just after 3 a.m. on April 9. Officers received a report of an alarm activation at a business in the 800 block of Campbell Avenue.
Following an investigation, police said a man approached an employee, pulled a knife, and demanded money and cigarettes. The suspect allegedly then stole the money and merchandise, running from the scene.
No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a white man, around 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black face covering, a black Nike brand jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood on his head and a “23” graphic on the right side of the hood, blue gloves with white fingertips, grey sweatpants that read “Champion” on the left thigh, and black boots.
The suspect is wanted for robbery with an offensive weapon and wearing a disguise with intent to commit a crime.
