A former Winnipeg teacher previously charged with voyeurism and child pornography offences is facing more charges.
Matthew James Mousseau, 37, was charged in December with voyeurism, child luring, indecent exposure and child pornography-related offences following an investigation by the Internet Child Exploitation unit.
The charges stem from incidents against girls aged 12 to 17 that took place in 2024.
The investigation continued and on Feb. 12, he was charged with two counts of sexual interference, two counts of sexual interference, supplying liquor to a minor, making, printing, publishing or possession child pornography, and a new charge of luring a person under 16.
Mousseau was in custody at Headingley Correctional Centre when the new charges were laid.
Mousseau is also facing charges in relation to a sexually exploitative relationship with a former student between May 2019 and August 2020, as well as voyeurism and child pornography charges in October after multiple videos from inside the family change room at the Seven Oaks Pool were found.
None of the charges against him have been proven in court.
The investigation continues.
