The Winnipeg Police Service is searching for suspects after a pair of teens were the victims of a machete attack.
The investigation began around 3:30 a.m. on Friday when officers were called to an assault in the 700 block of Alverstone Street.
When officers got to the scene, they found a pair of injured teenagers. A 15-year-old girl was taken to the hospital in critical condition and an 18-year-old boy was taken to the hospital in unstable condition. Both victims have seen been updated to stable condition.
Police believe the suspects assaulted the victims before running away.
