A second man has been charged in the death of a woman found inside a garbage bin in Moncton, N.B., last month. The RCMP says 36-year-old Joshua Martin was arrested on Thursday. He has been charged with being an accessory after the fact of murder in the death of 39-year-old Melissa Price. Martin appeared in Moncton provincial court Friday. He was remanded into custody and is due back in court on Tuesday. Police responded to a report of a sudden death on High Street around 12:10 p.m. on Feb. 15. When officers arrived, they found a woman’s body inside a garbage bin near a walking trail. A man who lives next to where the body was found previously told CTV News Atlantic his roommate made the discovery and called 911. The RCMP also conducted operations on Norwood Avenue on Feb. 16 and on Vail Street on Feb. 19, both in connection with the homicide investigation. Police have not said how Price died, but previously confirmed she was the victim of a homicide.
