Fire crews in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley responded to a tractor fire in a farmers field along the dykes in Port Williams Monday. The Greenwich Fire Department received the call just after 3:30 p.m. Deputy Fire Chief Chris MacKenzie told CTV News the fire stared on a tractor working in the field. Crews were able to quickly contain the fire, which was limited to the tractor and around a 20-foot radius of grass surrounding the piece of agricultural equipment said MacKenzie.
