Two men are facing multiple charges after a West Prince RCMP officer investigated a suspicious vehicle in the Milburn area of Prince Edward Island Thursday. Police say the vehicle had been reported stolen from Summerside earlier in the week and the officer recognized the driver as he fled the scene. “The driver and a co-accused were located and arrested later that day, and the stolen vehicle was recovered,” reads a news release from P.E.I. RCMP. Justin MacDonald, 40, has been charged with: Alex Cullicutt, 33, was charged by Summerside police in connection with the stolen car. He was released on conditions, including electronic monitoring. The RCMP arrested Cullicutt again on Saturday. The force says he was observed by police while intoxicated in a public place and fled on a bicycle but was quickly apprehended. He has been further charged with: Both MacDonald and Cullicutt were remanded into custody. They are scheduled to appear in Summerside provincial court on Wednesday.
