A Happy Song may play at Rogers Place as Bring Me The Horizon announced an Edmonton stop as part of their new tour. The British rock band from Sheffield will perform at nine venues in Canada and the U.S. for the POST HUMAN: NeX GEn – The Third Ascension Program tour. Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Quebec City, Ottawa, Hamilton and London are the Canadian stops. The show is described as “a high-impact, multi-sensory show blending cutting-edge visuals, cyberpunk aesthetics, and relentless energy” in the tour announcement. Edmonton will get its 1x1 with Bring Me The Horizon on Wednesday, Sept. 23. This marks the first performances in western Canada in nearly 15 years, according to the announcement. Motionless in White and The Plot in You will also be performing. Ticket presale begins Wednesday at 10 a.m. with general sale beginning Friday. Bring Met The Horizon has sold more than 7.2 million albums worldwide, has multiple UK No. 1 records and have multiple BRIT and Grammy award nominations since forming in 2004. The group is currently on tour, with a show set for Tuesday in Toronto and another in Montreal on Wednesday.
