Police are looking for the driver who struck a motorcyclist on Highway 2A on Tuesday. The motorcyclist was passing a semi when it was struck by a white SUV that was also trying to pass the semi around 6 p.m. south of Millet, according to Mounties. The biker lost control and rolled in the ditch, sustaining injuries that were described as not life threatening. The other driver did not stay at the scene. Their vehicle was possibly a Ford Explorer or Chevy Equinox and was marked with the unit number #019. Anyone with information or dash camera footage of Highway 2A south of Millet on Tuesday between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. is asked to call Wetaskiwin RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
