Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run that sent a teen to hospital in the city’s west end. Just before 2 p.m. on Monday, police were called to the area of 170 Street and 95 Avenue for reports of a collision. A 17-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle and taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said in a news release. EPS said the driver left the scene shortly after the collision and is searching for them. The vehicle is described as a silver-coloured Acura that may have damage to the front driver-side door and possibly windshield. The driver is described as a South Asian female, police said.
