Montreal to bask in the sun this weekend

A sunny weekend is headed for Montreal.

A few clouds and a low of 21 C on Friday night will lead to sun and clouds on Saturday.

Daytime highs are expected to move down slightly, as the heat wave moves out.

Still, those in the area can expect the mercury to reach a daytime high of 28 C by Saturday afternoon.

The nighttime will bring cooler temperatures than the city has seen in a while. The mercury could drop to a low of 17 C.

By Sunday, those in the Greater Montreal area can prepare for a high of 28 C once again.

Similar conditions are then expected to continue into next week.
