Quebec’s concert-packed summer months now have another two weekends of music: the Vans Warped Tour and the Festival d’Été de Quebec (FEQ) released their official lineups on Wednesday. The Vans Warped Tour, an iconic stop since 1995 for skaters, punks, skankers, hip-hoppers, emo and deathcore heads, is set to take place from Aug. 21 to 22 at Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal. Among the 100-plus bands, Warped Tour headliners include Simple Plan, Bowling for Soup, Taking Back Sunday and Yellowcard. Montreal-based deathcore act Despied Icon and Toronto-based The Anti-Queens are also on the docket. “This latest iteration builds on Vans Warped Tour’s legacy while embracing a broader, more global future for one of music and skate culture’s most enduring live platforms,” the news release reads. “With its scenic waterfront setting, rich musical heritage, and reputation as one of North America’s top festival cities, Montreal provides the perfect backdrop for Vans Warped Tour’s signature blend of nostalgia, discovery, and community — uniting fans across generations for an unforgettable summer weekend.” General admission tickets start at $237 for the weekend and go up to $401 for the terrace. FEQ lineup coming Quebec City’s major festival featuring international icons, as well as rising and emerging stars, the Festival d’Été (FEQ), will host Limp Bizkit, Cypress Hill, Testament and Goldfinger. In addition, Michael Bublé, Gwen Stefani, Muse, Jelly Roll and The Lumineers will be there between July 9 and 19. The FEQ pass is available for $180, taxes included, on the festival website. The BLEUFEU pass is also available for $350, taxes included. It grants access to the FEQ and the Fono Festival, and includes a $50 gift card for shows at the Imperial Bell or the Grizzly Fuzz.
