Ontario Provincial Police say a 25-year-old driver was charged with stunt driving Wednesday. An OPP officer saw a westbound vehicle travelling on Highway 17 in Calvin Township going 163 km/h in a 90 km/h zone, police said in a release. “The vehicle was stopped and the 25-year-old driver from Crystal Falls was charged with speeding and stunt driving,” police said. The driver’s licence was suspended for 30 days and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days. The man is scheduled to appear in court in North Bay at a later date.
