A Toronto man has been charged with sexual assault after police say he assaulted a client during a massage in the city’s downtown core. In a news release, Toronto police say officers responded to a sexual assault call in the Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West area on Aug. 22. Police allege the accused was working as a masseur when the victim attended for a massage. Investigators say the suspect sexually assaulted the victim during the massage. As a result, 53-year-old Jiquan Liu of Toronto, was arrested Friday and charged with sexual assault. None of the charges have been tested but police say he was scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice Friday morning. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
