The Windsor Police Service is looking for help identifying a Bird e-scooter theft suspect. This is in connection to previously reported thefts. On Aug. 5, the WPS launched the investigation after several e-scooters were stolen across Windsor. Officers got surveillance video footage from the 300 block of Ouellette Avenue, which they said showed a suspect taking the scooters. One scooter was recovered, cut in half, in a nearby alley. The suspect is described as a white man with a heavy build. He was seen wearing dark pants, a blue shirt, and a baseball hat.
