Halifax Regional Police say a 29-year-old man has been charged following a collision in Dartmouth, N.S., Sunday afternoon. Emergency crews responded to a three-vehicle collision on Portland Street between Spring Avenue and Eisner Boulevard around 4 p.m. All three drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Police said a 29-year-old man was charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm. He will appear in court on a later date. Traffic was blocked on Portland Street for a couple hours but the road has since reopened. The investigation is ongoing.
