Step 1. Trim excess fat off meat Step 2. Apply BBQ Rub to meat (In this recipe we will be using a light layer of Whiskey Bent-The Fix and a heavy layer of Whiskey Bent-The Rocks) Step 3. Put meat on Traeger at 225 F until desired temp is reached. Step 4. Remove meat from Traeger and let rest for 10 minutes (tenting it with a piece of tinfoil) Step 5.
