The 2026 JUNO Award nominations are out and artists from the Maritimes are making a strong showing. Cape Breton’s Goldie Boutilier is among the nominees, earning a nod for breakthrough artist or group of the year. She is joined by a number of East Coast artists who are also heading into JUNO weekend with nominations across multiple categories. The 55th annual JUNO Awards will be handed out March 29, live from Hamilton’s newly opened TD Coliseum.
