Emergency crews responded to a major crash in Dufferin County Sunday evening that resulted in the closure of a provincial highway. In a 5:40 p.m. social media post, the OPP confirmed that both directions of Highway 89 were closed in the Shelburne area between County Road 12 (5th Line) and 4th Line. Police confirm three cars were involved and injuries were being assessed. Drivers were urged to use alternate routes. Note: This is a developing story.
